 Where are your crystals and other items shipped from?
All our crystals and other items are shipped from the UK only.
 Are your crystals ethically & sustainably sourced?
The crystals and minerals we stock are ethically and sustainably sourced by our  suppliers and we hold high trust and faith with this from them. 
What shipping service do you use?
We currently dispatch all orders via Royal Mail but depending on parcel weight, we may have to dispatch orders with a courier service.
 Do you ship worldwide?
We do! At check-out, select your shipping country. 
 Can I track my order? 
Yes! Simply input the tracking information provided to you into the Track Your Order section of our website.
 Do you accept returns?
We do, under reasonable circumstances.For further information regarding returns, please view the Returns page which can be found at the footer of our website.
My order has yet to arrive, what can I do?

Can I cancel my order? 
Yes, prior to dispatch only. Please contact us using our online contact form or via email to contact@therealmroom.com
 Can I add/remove or edit items from my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed and passed through our system, we cannot amend an order.
