What payment methods do you accept?

Where are your products shipped from?

All our products are shipped from the UK only.

My order has arrived in two separate parcels, why is this?
Our stock Is dispatched from two separate warehouse locations in the UK.
Depending on what items you order from our website, does determine whether your items will be dispatched as one whole parcel or two separate parcels. Do not fear though, as separate parcels are usually received within the same day of each other or a few days apart. We we keep you updated on your order delivery in the event of separate parcel deliveries.

What shipping service do you use?
We currently dispatch all orders via Royal Mail but depending on parcel weight, we may have to dispatch orders with a courier service.

Do you ship worldwide? 
We currently only ship within the UK.

Can I add/remove or edit items from my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed and passed through our system, we cannot amend an order.
