We highly value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will happily accept returns on unopened/untampered/sealed items within 14 days of received items. For further information regarding this, please read below. We also accept returns on damaged on delivery/defective items, which is further explained below.
|UK GENERAL RETURNS|
If you wish to return items that are unused/unopened/untampered/sealed, please email us within 14 days of received items to email@example.com prior to returning the items. For full peace of mind, also provide us with photo proof of the unopened/untampered/sealed goods.
Please note* Postage return charge is to be paid by customer. We do not reimburse original postage costs or costs to return these items.
UK DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
|We do apologise in the unlikely event should you receive your items damaged / defective we would require these items returned so we can issue you with a refund. Please email us within 24 hours of received items to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can rectify this for you. We will require a photo of the damaged/defective goods.|
Please note* We unfortunately do not reimburse the original postage costs. After the 14 day period of received goods, we unfortunately do not accept these as damaged/defective returns due to the sensitive nature of items that can be easily damaged due to improper care and attention.
|EUROPEAN / INTERNATIONAL RETURNS|
|For the moment, due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on European/International orders. We do highly advise European/ International customers to use the Tracked shipping service for full peace of mind.|
