We highly value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will happily accept returns on unopened/untampered/sealed items within 14 days of received items. For further information regarding this, please read below. We also accept returns on damaged on delivery/defective items, which is further explained below. Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of certain products we stock i.e healing crystals/gems we cannot exchange/replace/ issue refunds for items that have been opened, used or are tampered with. If you wish to return items that are unused/unopened/untampered/sealed, please email us within 14 days of received items to contact@therealmroom.com prior to returning the items. For full peace of mind, also provide us with photo proof of the unopened/untampered/sealed goods. 
Please note* Postage return charge is to be paid by customer. We do not reimburse original postage costs or costs to return these items.

We do apologise in the unlikely event should you receive your items damaged / defective we would require these items returned so we can issue you with a refund or replacement. Please email us within 24 hours of received items to contact@therealmroom.com so we can rectify this for you. We will require a photo of the damaged/defective goods.

Please note*  We use a courier to collect & return damaged items to us at no return cost but depending on individual circumstance postage return charge is to be paid by customer, but we will fully reimburse this postage cost if you can provide us with a copy of proof of postage within your return or via photo proof to contact@therealmroom.com so we know the correct cost to refund you. We unfortunately do not reimburse the original postage costs. After the 14 day period of received goods, we unfortunately do not accept these as damaged/defective returns due to the sensitive nature of items that can be easily damaged due to improper care and attention.

For the moment, due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on European/International orders. We do highly advise European/ International customers to use the Tracked shipping service for full peace of mind.
