We highly value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will happily accept returns on unopened/untampered/sealed items within 14 days of received items. For further information regarding this, please read below. We also accept returns on damaged on delivery/defective items, which is further explained below. Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of certain products we stock i.e healing crystals/gems we cannot exchange/replace/ issue refunds for items that have been opened, used or are tampered with. Please note* We use a courier to collect & return damaged items to us at no return cost but depending on individual circumstance postage return charge is to be paid by customer, but we will fully reimburse this postage cost if you can provide us with a copy of proof of postage within your return or via photo proof to firstname.lastname@example.org so we know the correct cost to refund you. We unfortunately do not reimburse the original postage costs. After the 14 day period of received goods, we unfortunately do not accept these as damaged/defective returns due to the sensitive nature of items that can be easily damaged due to improper care and attention.
