How long will it take for my items to arrive?
For UK orders we do allow up to 7 business days for delivery after dispatch. Usually orders are received 2 days after dispatch.
For European & International orders delivery timing estimates 7 - 14 depending on what shipping service is selected.
|I accidentally input the incorrect shipping address, what should I do?|

|I haven't received a confirmation or dispatch email, why?|
Order confirmation/dispatch confirmation emails are automatically sent to the email address provided to us at check-out. If you did not received this email within your Inbox, please do check your spam/junk mails folder as on occasions these emails can wonder into these folders.
|Where do I find my tracking number?|
The tracking number for your order can be found within your dispatched confirmation email. Tracking is only supplied to a tracked or signed for service that is selected at checkout.
|How can I track my order?|
Please click here to track your order, alternatively you can visit www.royalmail.com and input the supplied tracking number into their 'Track Your Item' section of their website.
|My order has arrived in two separate parcels, why is this?|
|A tracking number is supplied to all UK orders as well as European & International Tracked services only.|
|Saturday's & Sunday's are excluded as business/working days.|
|The usual delivery service we use is Royal Mail. Once a parcel leaves our possession (Dispatched) and is within the hands of Royal Mail, we have no control over delivery timing and/or delays that may occur. The delivery timing we state on our website are approximates only and time scale could vary depending on your location. For international and European customers, please do note that delays can occur due to customs checks. Depending on parcel weight, we may have to dispatch orders with a courier service. In this instance, shipping rates remain the same as stated above.|
|Please be sure to include your correct shipping address. Once a parcel is dispatched on our end, it can not be amended as we physically do not have the order with us. We do also ask that you contact us as soon as possible using our online contact form or via email email@example.com, should you realise the incorrect postal address is inputted so we can try to amend this for you before we dispatch the item. We apologise, but we are not responsible if you have entered an incorrect shipping address and your order has already been shipped. In the instance should an order be returned to us, we will refund the full amount for the order excluding the cost of shipping and the items will need to be repurchased. Please be aware of this and make sure to include your correct shipping/postal address.|
